Why haven’t I received points for a quiz?

If you aren’t seeing points added to your total after taking a quiz, there could be a few reasons:

  • If you have taken the quiz in the past, you will not receive points for re-taking the quiz
  • If you haven’t answered all of the questions in the quiz, you will not receive points.
    • For example, if you answer 9/10 questions and then leave the site or switch to a different quiz, you won’t get points. As soon as you complete that 10th question, you should see your points get added to your total.

Not sure if you're replaying a quiz?

You can tell by looking at the upper right hand corner of the quiz you're playing. If it's a replay, it will say "Replay" (circled in pink below).

In your Dashboard, your quiz history will indicate a replayed quiz using the icon shown below:

You can find your points in the uppper right hand corner of Quiz Daily:
