How to opt out of sale of your information
California Residents - How do I opt out of the sale of my personal information?
I am a California resident – how do I opt-out of the “sale” of my personal information?
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information. While we do not generally directly sell your personal information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money), like many other online publishers, we use services that help deliver interest-based and other types of advertisements to you on our platform. Our use of some of these services may be classified under California law as a “sale” of your personal information to the companies that provide the services because they collect information from our users (such as device data and online activity data) to help them serve ads more likely to interest you and for other advertising purposes.
If you are a California resident and would like to opt-out of these “sales,” you can follow these steps:
- Scroll to the bottom of www.quizdaily.com and click the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the bottom right hand corner, indicated by the green outline:
- Finally, click "Confirm My Choices" in the green box.
